Check the following:
- Try pinging or Telnet to the voice gateway to be sure it is up.
- Use dir to examine the files on the gateway and be sure you transferred:CVPSelfService.tcl
- Refer to Transfer Bootstrap and .WAV Files to the Gateway.
- A busy signal is the response on a POTS phone if you dial a number that is not configured in the exercise.
