Workflows: No workflow or wrong workflow runs on supervisor desktop during barge in or intercept

Problem Summary When a supervisor performs a barge in or intercept of an agent call, no workflow or the wrong workflow runs on the supervisor desktop.
Error Message N/A
Possible Cause When a supervisor barges in to or intercepts an agent call, any workflow that runs should be for the call to which they are barging in. At the time of the barge, the initial dialog triggers both "When a call arrives" and "When a call is answered" workflows.
Recommended Action
  • Change the workflow to use "When a call arrives" or "When a call is answered" trigger to run the workflow.
  • Set appropriate workflow conditions to filter out unwanted workflow execution.
