Error Message	Central Controller event viewer and Router log shows: Call.WhisperAnnouncement variable set without enabling target re-query or targeted agent is not CUCM agent, Whisper Announcement will be disabled
Possible Cause	Requery was not enabled on the node which targeted the agent
Recommended Action	Requery must be enabled on the queue, select, queue to agent, etc. node. Enable requery to re-enable whisper.
