When a user tries to filter a report based on a team, the collection corresponding to the team is not available.

Error Message N/A
Possible Cause
  • Specific collection is not present in Cisco Unified Intelligence Center.
  • User may not have the permission for the specific collection.
Recommended Action

1. Log in as Administrator to Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and check if the specific collection is present under the UCCX_AgentID and UCCX_CSQNames value list.

2. If the collection is not present, enter the following CLI commands:

utils uccx synctocuic team teamname teamname

utils uccx synctocuic permission all

3. If the problem persists, collect the following logs for further investigation:

a. MCLI logs (/opt/cisco/uccx/log/MCLI) from Unified CCX

b. Cisco Unified Intelligence Center logs.
