User cannot create an Email CSQ because of SocialMiner error

Problem Summary User cannot create an Email CSQ because of SocialMiner error.
Error Message
  1. You must configure the SocialMiner before you can create an Email Contact Service Queue.
  2. Email feed update failed in SocialMiner. Check SocialMiner connectivity.
  3. Configured SocialMiner is not compatible with the Email feature.
Possible Cause
  1. SocialMiner is not configured.
  2. SocialMiner is not reachable from Unified CCX.
  3. SocialMiner version is not compatible with the Email feature.
Recommended Action
  1. Configure SocialMiner from Subsystem > Chat and Email > SocialMiner Configuration.
  2. Check connectivity to SocialMiner.
  3. Configure a SocialMiner version that is compatible with the Email feature.
