Use Re-inject button under certain scenarios

Problem Summary

Emails may be left parked in SocialMiner due to reasons like

  • Unified CCX tomcat got restarted
  • SocialMiner got restarted
  • SocialMiner tomcat got restarted
  • SocialMiner loses connectivity to Exchange server.
Error Message Emails may be left parked in SocialMiner
Possible Cause Unified CCX/SocialMiner tomcat got restarted, SocialMiner got restarted or Exchange server is down/not reachable.
Recommended Action To ensure that these emails are attended to when failures are corrected, click Reinject button to reinject these email contacts back to the Unified CCX.
