Uploading Scripts to Unified CCX throws error

Problem Summary Uploading scripts, prompts etc from Appadmin throws the following error "There has been some error while uploading the file. Please try again."
Error Message EXCEPTION:THREAD:MADM_FILE_MGR_LOW_PRIORITY_UPLD_DOWNLD-472-0-UPLOAD:java.io.FileNotFoundException
Possible Cause When a file is uploaded and is already present, Appadmin prompts with a overwrite confirmation message. The user presses the "Yes" twice. The action to overwrite is done twice. This happens because the file when uploaded from appadmin is temporarily copied to "C:\Program Files\wfavvid\tomcat_appadmin\webapps\appadmin\upload\" and uploaded to the database first. After this it is deleted from the temporary location. Here since two requests are being sent, after the first upload the file is deleted from the folder and when the second time it is read, it throws an exception.
Recommended Action Ensure that the "Yes" button is not pressed twice.
