Session Manager - Design Review

The Session Manager design review is an internal technical review that is performed by Cisco Session Manager specialists with your Cisco account team. Your account team will work with you to gather the information necessary to conduct and complete the review process.


The purpose of the technical review is to determine if there are any obvious showstoppers in terms of the design and its migration, scalability, features required etc.



Attendees

Cisco IPCBU : Session Manager and CUCM design specialists

Cisco Account Team : UC Consulting Systems Engineer, Systems Engineer, Account Manager

Cisco Test Team : Advanced Services (If required)


A successful review will result in the approval of you Session Manager design and Cisco support for the agreed design

Note Note: What gets reviewed, is what gets supported. It is therefore important to gather accurate call traffic data and technical information for both the initial rollout and the final design.
