Unable to open a report
When a supervisor, or an agent, or a reporting user clicks on a report folder or a report, an error appears
|Problem Summary||When a supervisor, or an agent, or a reporting user clicks on a report folder or a report, an error appears.|
|Possible Cause||User may not have the permission to access the report folders or the reports.|
1. Log in as Administrator to Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and check whether the user is present under the correct user group.
2. Ensure that the user group has execute permission for the report folders and the reports.
3. To synchronize the permissions, enter the following CLI command:
utils uccx synctocuic permission all
4. If the issue persists, collect the following logs for further investigation:
a. MCLI logs (/opt/cisco/uccx/log/MCLI) from Unified CCX
b. Cisco Unified Intelligence Center logs
