Problem Summary The agent or supervisor cannot see the Chat Control gadget after logging in to Finesse Desktop.
Error Message
You are not configured for Chat.
Possible Cause
  • The agent is not part of the Chat CSQ.
  • The skill is not assigned to the CSQ or Resource.
Recommended Action
  1. Edit Chat CSQ and click Open Printable Report.
  2. Check whether the agent is listed in the report.
