The following tables list the maximum capacity of Prime Collaboration when it is installed on a system that meets the virtual machine requirements. Prime Collaboration may not function as expected if the load exceeds the specified system capacity, for an OVA.

• Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance may not function satisfactorily, because the total endpoint count in your deployment is more than 130% of the recommended number.

  2. Standard Mode deployments only allow one call processor (Cisco Unified Communications Manager cluster or Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express), one IM&P server and one voicemail processor (Unity Connection cluster or Cisco Unity Express).
  3. Call processors are Cisco Unified Communications Manager publishers and Ciso Unified Communications Manager Express. Message Processors are Cisco Unity publishers, Cisco Unity Connection publishers or Cisco Unity Express. The limits shown are for default licenses. Contact ask-primecollaboration@cisco.com if you require an increase in scale license.
