Supported Virtual Machine OVA Templates
A virtual machine template defines the configuration of the virtual machine's virtual hardware. Open Virtualization Format (OVF) is an open standard for describing a virtual machine template, and Open Virtualization Archive (OVA) is an open standard to package and distribute these templates. Files in OVA format have an extension of ".ova".
When a static MAC address is required, choose a complex address to prevent accidental licensing overlap between different application instances in different VMs. An example of a complex MAC address is 00:50:56:01:3B:9F. A less complex MAC address is 00:50:56:11:11:11 (because of the "all-ones") and is more likely to conflict with other VMs.
Each component application of Unified CMBE 6000 must use its supported virtual machine template in the table below.

Note: Though the configuration for “100 agents” and “300 agents” templates are similar in Unified CCX 8.5(1), an updated 100 agent template that consumes less resources will be available in an upcoming Unified CCX release.
