Support Tools Installs Disabled

Problem Summary Support Tools installs but the Support Tools service is disabled.
Error Message None.
Possible Cause This can occur following a re-install of the product, or during bundled installs of the Node ifan IPSec shared key is not specified.
Recommended Action Manually start the Cisco Support Tools service and, if desired, set its startup type to Automatic.
Release Release 7.5(1) and 8.0
