Support Tools Installs Disabled
| Problem Summary | Support Tools installs but the Support Tools service is disabled. |
| Error Message | None. |
| Possible Cause | This can occur following a re-install of the product, or during bundled installs of the Node ifan IPSec shared key is not specified. |
| Recommended Action | Manually start the Cisco Support Tools service and, if desired, set its startup type to Automatic. |
