Supervisor Desktop Installation on Japanese Localized Systems - Password Issue

Problem Summary	When inputting the security password at supervisor desktop installation, password field only accepts 10 (Vista) or 19 (WinXP) characters even though document describes that acceptable password length is between 8 and 30 characters.
Error Message	None
Possible Cause	On Japanese windows XP or Japanese Windows Vista the password field reads half-byte English characters such as "abcdefghijklmn".
Recommended Action	Change the following options to 'English(United States)' from 'Japanese' : In Regional and Language options: On Windows XP Regional Options tab > Standards and formats > Advanced tab > Language for non-Unicode programs On Windows Vista Formats tab > Current Format > Administrative tab > Language for non-Unicode programs > Change system locale
