SocialMiner Multisession Chat and Email: Agent cannot see all contacts on the desktop

Problem Summary An agent is handling multiple chat and email contacts on the Finesse desktop. However, all contacts routed to the agent do not appear in the multisession gadget.
Error Message N/A
Possible Cause An agent can be configured to handle a maximum of five email contacts and five chat contacts at a time. The default height of the multisession gadget does not provide enough space to view all ten contacts at once.
Recommended Action Increase the height of the multisession gadget in the Finesse desktop layout to 570 pixels. For more information about changing the gadget height, see the Unified Contact Center Express Administration Guide
