Single Sign-On: Test SSO Fails

Problem Summary In Unified CCE Administration > System > Single Sign-On, click the Test button to test SSO. The test operation fails.
Error Message Various
Possible Cause Various. If Unified CCE Administration receives an error response, that error is displayed in the user interface.
Recommended Action

Rerun the test. Check the information in the popup window that appears. If the Cisco Identity Service or the AD FS is configured incorrectly, the error will appear in that window. Recheck the Cisco Identity Service or the AD FS configuration.
