Single Sign-On: Machine Must be Associated with a Valid Cisco Identity Service

Problem Summary The status rule "If single sign-on is enabled, this machine must be associated with a valid Cisco Identity Service" is failing.
Error Message If single sign-on is enabled, this machine must be associated with a valid Cisco Identity Service.
Possible Cause You added an External HDS after you enabled single sign-on (SSO) mode.
Recommended Action

Associate the machine with the Cisco Identity Service (Cisco IdS). For information about associating an External HDS with the Cisco IdS, see the Unified CCE Administration Online Help.
