Overview

Cisco ServiceGrid users are those who participate in service processes. Based on the role and position, every user will be a member of one or more organizations and one permission group. The organizations define the information that a user will be able to view, whereas the permission groups define the modules of the Cisco ServiceGrid application that every user can have access to and have read and/or write permissions. A user will have a username and password to access the Cisco ServiceGrid platform or will be a caller or contact person who need not have login credentials. Users will have access only to the organization's data and will have permissions only within their permission group.
