ServiceGrid Article - Uploading Data
There are two ways of uploading data to the ServiceGrid application:
- A manual upload is performed through the SD.call or online interface and is supported by the upload wizard.
- An automatic upload can be performed by defining an upload profile and sending the files to email@example.com. This upload email can only be used if the company is hosted on the Cisco infrastructure.
Contact Cisco ServiceGrid support at firstname.lastname@example.org, when using an own infrastructure (installed SD.Cube solution or partner infrastructure).
