Overview

SD.Calendar manages the call assignment to technicians and/or queues (workgroups) in a calendar form. Activities are used to document tasks of technicians and to collect work time, travel time, and travel distance data. A calendar based planning function for activities is provided.

SD.Calendar - Important Features

Activities can be created and planned using a popup calendar. Within the calendar, all activities of the technicians within the selected queue are displayed. Activities can be moved using “drag and drop” between technicians and/or to other hours or days. The popup calendar is also used to create or update activities.
