ServiceGrid Article - List Setup Data
List setups enable a structured overview of a group of certain data object types such as list of Devices, list of Calls, list of Users and so on.
Based on the preset columns of any given lists, the displayed results may be filtered further by the use. A Call list might show all calls that have been opened in the last week. The user may then filter from these results to view the details of calls that are of a certain status.
These filters are not stored and reset when the Call list is reloaded.
