ServiceGrid Article - Dialog Wiki
The Dialog Wiki article contains various glossary items.

A topic is a wiki page. This is only a synonym. For example, this page you are currently reading is a topic.

For example, you have a wikispace called DemoSD3. This wikispace contains a topic named My Devices. Once you are logged in, you are able to call this topic directly through the following link:

To edit a page, click Edit at the bottom of the page, or enter the following URL:
If you do not have the Edit, you will see an error message when you try to enter the edit URL directly.
The history presents a list with timestamps of the users who changed the topic and the status of the topic. You can compare two different versions.
The wiki syntax is almost the same as the mediawiki syntax. For more information, refer to the SD.Dialog Wiki Syntax document.
Wiki look and feel
A user with administrator privilege for a wiki space is able to define a style sheet. This is done by editing the topic StyleSheet. Therefore, a user can call the topic StyleSheet with the following URL:
To edit the StyleSheet, click Edit.
Wiki Navigationbar (LeftMenu)
A user with administrator privilege for a wiki space can edit the navigation. This is done by editing the topic LeftMenu. Therefore, a user can call the topic LeftMenu with the following URL:
To edit the Left menu, click Edit.
A topic has one of the following status:
Depending on the permission of the logged in user and the status of the topic, the user can edit the topic.

If the user is able to edit the topic, the user can select any status. There is no workflow defined, you can change from one status to another.
