Calls are all incident, problem, change, release or service request records together with their history.

Integrity

Primary Key The primary key of the Call is the SDCallI.
Mandatory Fields To create a call, at least the fields SDCallID (automatically generated), ContractElement (short name of the ContractElement), and ContractShortName (short name of the contract) must be filled.
