ServiceGrid Article - CallSystem Data
A CallSystem combines all the information and settings required to run a process (workflow) defined on the ServiceGrid platform. It contains the workflow definition with its CallActions,CallStates, and Successors and all directly assigned states, codes, setups and templates. The CallSystem is the single point for administering and customizing the service management process.
