ServiceGrid Article - CallAction Data

CallActions are used to move a Call through the workflow from one CallStatus to another. The actual flow is determined not in the CallAction, but in the Successors.

A CallAction may be made available only to specific permission groups or two specific ContractElements. CallActions also determine which CallDetail Setup will be shown to the user.
