Sign in not successful when agent is configured in ADFS

Problem Summary Sign in is not successful when an agent is configured in ADFS.
Error Message Sign in not successful. Please contact your system administrator.
Possible Cause When an agent is configured in ADFS and not configured in Call Manager.
Recommended Action Configure the agent in Call Manager.
