Only the Extension field is enabled when Cisco Finesse is launched
|Problem Summary||While launching Cisco Finesse in Hybrid mode (Non-SSO mode), the user is directed to the Finesse landing page, where only the Extension field is enabled.|
|Error Message||Invalid User ID or Password|
|Possible Cause||This may occur when a user was in SSO mode previously and the browser has cached the logged in access tokens. The user’s auth mode may have changed to Non-SSO at a later time.|
|Recommended Action|| Clean the browser cache and relaunch Cisco Finesse. |
Close or Quit the browser and re-open it again to relaunch Cisco Finesse.
