SSO: Only Extension field enabled when Cisco Finesse is launched

Only the Extension field is enabled when Cisco Finesse is launched

Problem Summary While launching Cisco Finesse in Hybrid mode (Non-SSO mode), the user is directed to the Finesse landing page, where only the Extension field is enabled.
Error Message Invalid User ID or Password
Possible Cause This may occur when a user was in SSO mode previously and the browser has cached the logged in access tokens. The user’s auth mode may have changed to Non-SSO at a later time.
Recommended Action Clean the browser cache and relaunch Cisco Finesse. 
Close or Quit the browser and re-open it again to relaunch Cisco Finesse.
