Error message when agent answers a call

Problem Summary When an agent answers a call, the following message is displayed “Error Cannot perform operation. Error Code: HTTP-401”.
Error Message Error cannot perform operation. Error Code: HTTP-401
Possible Cause Check the client logs or browser console for any 401 unauthorized error message. If yes, then the user request has not gone through cause the communication between Identity Service and Finesse has failed OR Identity Service is down.
Recommended Action Capture client logs and check with the system administrator.
