Error message when Supervisor force changes the state of an agent 

Problem Summary When a Supervisor force changes the state of an agent from “Ready” to “Not Ready” or vice versa, the following error message is displayed “The operation timed out”.
Error Message The operation timed out
Possible Cause Check the client logs or browser console for any 401 unauthorized error message. If yes, then the user request has not gone through cause the communication between Identity Service and Finesse has failed OR Identity Service is down.
Recommended Action Capture client logs and check with the system administrator.
