Report is not seen under Unified CCX Live Data folder

Problem Summary User is not seeing report listed under Unified CCX Live folder.
Error Message N/A
Possible Cause Report might not have been imported properly.
Recommended Action

1.Log in as Administrator to the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and check whether the user is present under the correct user group.

2.Ensure that the user group has execute permission for the report folders and the reports.

3.Restart Cisco Unified Intelligence Center reporting Service and synchronize permissions using following command:

utils uccx synctocuic permission all

4.If the issue persists, collect the following logs for further investigation:

a. MCLI logs (/opt/cisco/uccx/log/MCLI) from the Unified CCX.

b. Unified Intelligence Center logs.
