Remote agent is not able to change the state from NOT_READY to READY while using Cisco Finesse Client

Problem Summary
Remote agent is not able to change the state from NOT_READY to READY while using Cisco Finesse Client.
Error Message / Log
CF RESOURCE OUT OF SERVICE.
Possible Cause
Agent is not able to move from NOT_READY to READY state in Cisco Finesse Client.
Recommended Action

1. Log in to Call Manager.
2. Under User Management > End User, find the particular user and check whether the phone that has that particular extension is under the controlled devices list.
3. Check if the directory number associations (primary and IPCC extension) are correct.
4. Check if the persistent connection is not answered from the remote phone.
5. Perform agent logout and log in to Cisco Finesse Client.

If the Agents are using 88XX series phones, check the roles of the RMCM user:
1. Log in to Call Manager.
2. Under User Management > Application User, find the RMCM user and check whether it has these roles:
Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connect xfer and conf
Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Rollover mode
3. Add these roles if they are not present, as they are required for these devices
