Possible Cause
  • Incorrect configuration
  • Network issues 
Recommended Action
  • Ensure the Cisco Trace Collection Services Servlet is running. If this service is not running on a server, you cannot collect or view traces on that server.
  • For the RTMT client logs (Default Path) :

    C:\Users\<user id>\.jrtmt ( the client where the RTMT is installed)

  • For the Ids Server side logs:
