Problem Summary Customer records in the Do-Not-Call list are being dialed

Possible Cause A Do_Not_Call import was executed with the Overwrite option enabled. This caused all existing Do_Not_Call records to be deleted.
Recommended Action Re-import all Do_Not_Call data back into the system.
