Outbound API: Skill Group Can Only Be Assigned to One Campaign

Problem Summary You create a campaign. You then try to create another campaign with a different name but the API request returns an error.
Error Message Each Skill Group can only be assigned to one Campaign.
Possible Cause The skill group you are using for this campaign is already being used for a different campaign.
Recommended Action Assign a different skill group to this campaign.
