Outbound API: Cannot Update Campaign

Problem Summary You perform a GET operation on an Outbound campaign. You change some values and at a later time, you attempt a PUT operation to update the campaign but the API returns an error.
Error Message Another user has changed this object. Refresh, then try to save again.
Possible Cause Someone else updated the campaign between the time you performed a GET operation and attempted the PUT operation. There is a new ChangeStamp value on record.
Recommended Action Peform another GET operation to retrieve the latest ChangeStamp value. Use that value as the ChangeStamp value when issuing the PUT operation.
