Outbound API: Campaign Does Not Appear in List

Problem Summary Using the list operation, get a list of Outbound campaigns. A campaign doesn't appear in the list.
Error Message None
Possible Cause
  • The campaign was created with the Configuration Manager Outbound Option Campaign tool and not the API.
  • The default number of results is 25. If you have more than 25 campaigns, it might not appear in the list.
Recommended Action Check one of the following:
  • Ensure that the campaign was created with the API. You can verify this in the database. Look for the APIGenerated=Y flag in the Campaign table in the AW database.
