OAMP Functionality Is Limited

Problem Summary User is able to log in to the Operations Console, but cannot navigate the drop-down menus. Drop-down menus do not respond to mouse clicks or key stroke combinations.
Error Message No message displays.
Possible Cause Javascript is disabled in Internet Explorer.
Recommended Action Enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer.
