Not able to log in using Jabber client

Problem Summary
Not able to log in using Jabber client.
Error Message / Log
Access denied.
Possible Cause
User is unable to set the active remote destination.
Recommended Action

1. Check the connection settings (CUPS details) in Jabber client.
2. Log in to Call Manager.
3. Check whether a device is created with the type as Cisco Unified Client Services Framework.
4. Check whether the CSF phone is associated with the remote agent.
5. Check whether the CUPS service profile is created and associated with the remote agent.
