Problem Summary None of the Chat Live Data gadgets appear in Finesse Desktop.
Error Message
NA.
Possible Cause Chat Live Data gadgets are not configured in Finesse Desktop Layout.
Recommended Action
  1. Log in to Finesse cfadmin (URL: https://<uccx-server-FQDN>:8445/cfadmin).
  2. Go to the Desktop Layout tab and update the layout according to the comments in Agent and Supervisor Layout.
