SocialMiner Multi-session Chat and Email: Context Service: POD not created for Incoming Chat/Email contact in Agent Desktop

Problem Summary An agent is handling multiple chat and email contacts on the Finesse desktop. The POD is not created for Incoming Chat/Email contact in Agent Desktop.
Error Message N/A
Possible Cause Finesse administration shows Context Service as registered, but registration was not successful in SocialMiner.
Recommended Action Verify if SocialMiner was configured with Context Service from Unified CCX. If there is no configuration then register for Context Service again from Unified CCX or Contact CCX TAC.
