Multi-session Chat: No reply template configured for multi-session chat

Problem Summary An attempt is made to load the reply template for an accepted multi-session chat contact but the template does not load. When the agent accepts a chat contact, nothing happens on the desktop.
Error Message Error onStart: no reply template configured.
Possible Cause The reply template is not configured for the feed in SocialMiner.
  1. Recommended Action
Verify that the Chat Reply template is configured correctly for the Chat Feed in SocialMiner:
  1. Sign in to SocialMiner.
  2. Click the Configuration tab.
  3. In the Manage Feeds panel, click the hyperlink of the Unified CCX chat feed for multi-session chat.
  4. Ensure that the Reply Template field is set to Cisco Multi-session Chat.
  5. If the Reply Template is not set correctly, resave the SocialMiner Configuration in Unified CCX Administration (Subsystems > Chat > SocialMiner Configuration).
