Possible Cause

After an email appears on the agent desktop, if due to any error Socialminer discards the email, the agents may have more than the configured maximum number of emails on the desktop. The discarded email contacts will have the Close tab link in the error bar.


Note that, that at any given time the agent desktop will not have more active emails than the configured maximum.

Recommended Action These emails are inactive and the agent should close the email reply template using the Close tab link.
