Migration to Rogger Deployment: Diagnostic Framework Error

Problem Summary Perform an upgrade and migration to Packaged CCE Release 11.5(1). When you try to switch deployments, you see an error.
Error Message

Invalid Domain, Username, and/or Password. The same domain credentials must be valid for all Unified CCE servers but were not valid for the following machines:

  • AW1-A
  • AW2-B
  • PG-1A
  • PG-1B
  • RGR-B
  • RGR-A

Note: The machine names in the error will be specific to your deployment for the Roggers, PGs, and AW-HDS-DDSs.

The following error appears in the Tomcat logs:

Invalid username or password when trying to connect to Diagnostic Framework. The username must be of the form user@domain.com

Possible Cause

Possible causes include the following:

  • The provided user must be a member of the ICM_Config group in Active Directory andan administrator with a role of Config admin or higher in CCE Administration.
  • The username or password are incorrect.
  • The domain is incorrect.
Recommended Action
  1. Make sure that the user is a member of the ICM_Config group and an administrator with a role of Config admin or higher.
  2. Verify that the username and password provided are correct.
  3. Verify that the domain is correct.
