Macros do not play back correctly

Problem Summary	Macros do not play back correctly.
Error Message	None.
Possible Cause	When playing macros to a window, Agent Desktop must first find the window. When recording the macro, Agent Desktop saves the window’s title and class name (an internal Windows variable associated with a window). On playback, Agent Desktop searches in this order: Find a window with the saved title and class name. Find a window with the saved class name. Find a window with the saved title. If Agent Desktop does not find a window matching one or more of these criteria, it displays an error message. Agent Desktop might play back the macro to the wrong window if: There are several windows with the same title and class name There are several windows with the same class name, and the title of the target window has changed
Recommended Action	Some compilers/class libraries use the same class name for all windows. If you have developed an in-house application you might need to change the class name in your application.
