Error Message Server Unreachable
Possible Cause Incompatible UCCX Server, No connectivity or Firewall is blocking a port
Recommended Action

1. Please make sure you are trying to connect to a supported version of UCCX Server. Currently, UCCX 5.0 & 7.0 are supported.

2. Please check if you have the required connectivity. (Wifi or 3G & VPN (if required))

3. Check and make sure that a firewall that is NOT blocking the port you specified in the settings page of Cisco Mobile Supervisor?
