Live Data reports not showing any data. Only report headers are visible.

Problem Summary Live Data reports not showing any data. Only report headers are visible.
Error Message NA
Possible Cause Engine not publishing the live data
Socket IO Server is down
Recommended Action Follow the below steps to troubleshoot:
  1. Collect the Browser logs and look for any exceptions. Also note the Json formatted live data messages if appearing in these logs.
  2. From the CCX Servcieability, check if the Cisco Unified CCX Engine and Cisco Unified CCX Socket.IO services are up and running.
  3. Enable Socket IO service debug level logs from Serviceability > Trace > Configuration. And collect the logs
  4. Enable debug level logs for CCX Engine Xdebug level 5 enabled for ICD_RTDM sub facility. And collect the logs
  5. Contact TAC with all the information/logs collected in the above steps.
