Live Data reports do not display the data; only columns are visible

Problem Summary Live Data reports do not display the data; only columns are visible.
Error Message N/A
Possible Cause The following are the possible causes:
  • Missing or incorrect system configuration related to the report for which the data is not displayed.
  • In case of the CSQ related reports, check whether the CSQ is added to the team to which the agent belongs. Gadget does not show any data unless the CSQs are added to the team.
  • The Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Service is not running.
  • The Live Data is not published to Cisco Unified Intelligence Center by the Unified CCX Engine or the data published by the Unified CCX Engine is not consumed by Cisco Unified Intelligence Center.
  • Cisco Unified Intelligence Center is not pushing the Live Data to the browser.
  • Browser is unable to render the data retrieved from Cisco Unified Intelligence Center.
Recommended Action

Check that:

1. All services are up.

- The Unified CCX Engine and the Unified CCX notification services are up.

- The Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Reporting Service is running.

2. Review and fix any issues in the Cisco Unified CCX configuration related to the report for which the data is not displayed. 

3. Enter the following CLI commands to synchronize the user: 

utils uccx synctocuic user username username
utils uccx synctocuic permission all
utils uccx synctocuic team all

4. If the problem persists, contact the support team with the following logs:

a. Enable ICD_RTDM debug and xdebug5, collect the Unified CCX engine logs.

b. Collect the Unified CCX Cluster View Daemon logs.

c. Collect the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center logs.

d. Open the report using Firefox and collect the Firebug console output.
