Live Data reports display a blank page

Problem Summary A blank page is displayed when you access the Live Data reports.
Error Message N/A
Possible Cause The following are possible causes:
  • The Cisco Unified Intelligence Center certificate is not added to the trust store of the browser.
  • The Unified CCX engine is not up and running.
  • The notification service is down.
  • The Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Service is not able to connect to the notification service.
  • The DNS is not configured or the local hosts file does not have IP - FQDN mapping for Unified CCX.

          - Forward and reverse DNS lookup of the Unified CCX server is not working on the device from which the reports are accessed.

  • IE 9 might not be in Compatibility Mode.
Recommended Action

Check that:

1. The Unified CCX engine and the Unified CCX notification services are up.

2. Either the DNS is configured or the Unified CCX hostname FQDN-to-IP address mapping is present in the hosts file.

3. Any issues in the Unified CCX configuration related to the report for which the data is not displayed is fixed.

4. IE 9 is not in the Compatibility Mode.

5. If the problem persists, contact the support team with the following information:

a. Enable ICD_RTDM debug and xdebug5, and collect the Unified CCX Engine logs.

b. Collect the Unified CCX Cluster View Daemon logs.

c. Collect the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center logs.

d. Open the report using Firefox and collect the Firebug console output.
