|Problem Summary||Live Data reports are not refreshed periodically.|
1. Verify the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Reporting Service is running.
2. Contact the support team with the following logs:
a. Enable ICD_RTDM debug and xdebug5, and collect Unified CCX Engine logs.
b. Collect the Unified CCX Cluster View Daemon logs.
c. Collect the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center logs.
d. Open the report using Firefox and collect the Firebug console output.
