Live Data gadgets are not refreshed periodically

Problem Summary Live Data gadgets are not refreshed periodically.
Error Message N/A
Possible Cause  The following are the possible causes:
  • Missing or incorrect system configuration related to the report for which the data is not displayed.
  • Live Data is not published to Cisco Unified Intelligence Center by the Unified CCX Engine or the data published by the Unified CCX Engine is not consumed by Cisco Unified Intelligence Center.
  • Cisco Unified Intelligence Center is not pushing the Live Data to the browser.
  • Browser is unable to render the data retrieved from Cisco Unified Intelligence Center.
Recommended Action

Contact the support team with the following logs:

a. Enable ICD_RTDM debug and xdebug5, and collect Cisco Unified CCX engine logs.

b. Collect the Unified CCX Cluster View Daemon logs.

c. Collect the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center logs.

d. Open the report using Firefox and collect the Firebug console output.
